Job Description

Summary

Assist cell processing management with routine review and management of patient charts according to CAGT’s SOPs and guidelines under current Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Tissue Practices for both adult and pediatric clinical treatment processes. Review of special therapeutic protocol charts will also be within the purview of this position. Ensuring all CAGT databases are up to date with transplant product specifications and accompanying engraftment data.

Job Duties

  • Ensures accurate collection, processing, and transplantation data is maintained properly with ancillary documentation for all clinical and research participants. 
  • Review and manage cell processing patient charts
  • Capturing and reporting engraftment data in patient charts and adding to correlating databases
  • Assists in preparation of facility for audits, inspections and accreditation visits
  • Retrieve and collate sterility records to match with appropriate patient charts
  • Generate reports as needed for quarterly reports
  • Assist in the writing of Standard Operating Procedures and Deviation Report

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. 
  • Two years of relevant experience.
