Job Description
Manage work studies, student assistants, grad assistants, and extra help to operate and maintain computer labs. Management duties may include scheduling, job assignments, and performance assessment. Manage the operation of 8 computer sites/facilities by making sure that they are ready and operational all the time, coordinate with networking, systems, technicians, and physical plant to fix any problem we may come across in our daily operation.
Salary Range $35,568 - $44,400; Salary may be increased based off education, experience, and internal equity.

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
Experience
Support, training and consulting involving microcomputers in a networked environment 1 year
Customer Service 1 year
