Position Summary
This position will identify improvements with business processes and systems and synthesize current talent information and trend data to support recommendations for action. The role needs to be able to demonstrate increased strategic input into decision making and be more involved in scoping projects needs versus just generating reports. The position will generate standard or custom reports in line with talent priority projects, summarize Talent Acquisition and related business data for review by for internal and external clients and other stakeholders. The role will implement reporting initiatives, data integrity audits and continually interface with Talent Acquisition, IT, HRIM partners and other departments to ensure the accuracy of data maintained with the talent acquisition systems/ applications. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide business, technical leadership and expertise to the ATS system along with Human Resources (HR) systems as needed. The incumbent will develop the strategy for systems/ applications (e.g., Taleo, LinkedIn, and Direct Employers) interfaces and implementation plan to address COH’s talent needs. Serve as in the Lead role with IT, HRIM and external vendor to ensure the systems/tools address TA/Business needs.
  • Create; support and maintain on-going operational, managerial and executive reporting related to business, HR, and Talent Acquisition related strategies. Maintain relationships and communication with Talent Acquisition, HRIM, business and IT.
  • Implement standardized project management processes, tools and discipline to facilitate project planning, risk management, tracking, status reporting, e.g. charter documents, dashboards and key metrics utilization. Implementation and production support of ATS/Professional resources - LinkedIn/systems for technical leadership in addressing special business needs.
  • Keep abreast of trends, technologies and changes impacting recruitment systems/tools.
  • Partner with Social Media Program Manager to tie the social media strategy to Talent Acquisition systems (e.g., source codes, icons on Taleo, landing pages tied to career website, LinkedIn, videos etc).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
     


Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

  • Bachelor Degree (Business, Human Resources) or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Must have at least seven (7+) years of recruitment systems (Taleo Business or Enterprise) recruitment tools, program management including developing strategy, implementation of program, change management and communication of program. Recommend policy changes to align with program and compliance.
  • Must have at least seven (7+) years of experience with business/quantitative data analysis and project management experience.

Preferred education experience and skills:

  • Typically possesses seven (7) or more years of program/ project management experience. 
  • Typically possesses seven (7) or more years of experience implementing HR/Talent Acquisition systems, ideally company-wide, communicating and managing change, monitoring progress and making continuous improvements.
  • Typically possesses seven (7) or more years of experience consulting on sourcing solutions to clients, including identifying system options to address business needs, working with external vendors, assessing technologies in the recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Typically possesses ten (10) or more years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
  • Experience with recruiting processes and procedures.
  • Experience with pipeline management and yield analysis.
  • Experience with data analysis.
  • Very good understanding of the external marketplace/trends impacting Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Ability to establish strong interpersonal business relationships fostering confidence and trust.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into blueprinting.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, manage risks appropriately, develop and execute business plans, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Must demonstrate strong ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.
