Position Highlights:

·     Responsible for performing a variety of analytical, operational, project management, and denial reporting tasks to facilitate and enhance the effective performance of the revenue cycle process and denial management. This also includes analyzing denial trends, determining root cause, and proposing solutions. The position will use data from multiple sources and will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining multiple reports.

 The Ideal Candidate:

• Preferred – Experience specifically with denials and denial management.
• Preferred - Experience in project management.
• Preferred - Experience specifically with physician billing experience.
• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities:  

• Analyzing Data: Denials, AR, reports.   
• Report generation and review.
• Identifying trends and assisting in solutions in Denial Management & MMG Revenue Cycle.
• Customer Service concerns on denials or bills received.

Credentials and Qualifications:

• Associate degree required.
•  A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a healthcare or payer setting required. **In lieu of Associate degree will consider a high school diploma or its equivalent plus an additional two (2) years of experience in a healthcare or payer setting for a total of four (4) years’ experience.**
