What You Will Achieve
Your work will help Pfizer complying with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption internal policy and address bribery and corruption risks in our interactions with healthcare professionals, medical associations, and other business parties, contributing to our culture of ethics and integrity.
How You Will Achieve It
Reviewing MAPP Navigator transactions ensuring compliance with MAPP policy as well and Country Annexes, Country Profiles and other policies related in a 5 days’ time frame.
Ensure all information is properly documented in MAPP Navigator, Ariba, Aravo, Reltio and any other system needed according to the stablished process.
Keeping an assertive, professional, and respectful communication with colleagues from different hierarchies (GBS colleagues, MAPP colleagues, Initiators, Product Leads, Category Leads, Medical Directors, Compliance Leads, Legal Department, Finance and Country Managers).
Proactively following up on invitation letters, contracts, and funding confirmation letters with colleague markets to ensure completion 10 days before event date.
Creating payments, monitor progress, handle unexpected situations, and register payments on MAPP Navigator (payments are created for healthcare professionals, medical associations and other third parties) in a 20 days’ time frame on Ariba BOD.
Reconciling transactions ensuring all documentation required is properly registered on MAPP Navigator in a 10- or 30-days SLA (depending on logistics support involved).
Supporting market colleagues on process, policy and system inquires as well as user access and requests.
Supporting market colleagues on system issues troubleshooting transactions, creating tickets, and following up with our technical team.
Creating creative and interactive training material for new users as well as to refresh processes and key concepts among experienced users.
Completing upcoming events, payments, and reconciliation status reports.
Participating on team activities to keep the JOY and celebrate our EXCELLENCE and COURAGE.

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)

Able to work on an ambiguity and fast paced change environment
Good organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple priorities

Understanding of MAPP/FCPA terms
Understanding of compliance controls
Knowledge on Ariba (to create payments)
Knowledge on MDGS (to read vendor master data)
Knowledge on SAP (to investigate failed payments)
This is an entry level position for the MAPP Center department. Posting includes 3 positions: 2 positions are to support in Portuguese Brazil and 1 position is to support a Spanish language country to be defined.
On this position it is required to work from home 3 days and from the office 2 days a week (more days could be required based on business needs) therefore it is required for the selected colleague to live in Costa Rica and being able to come to the office.
Relocation expenses are not covered on this position.
