Job Summary
Our Unified Communications and Collaboration professionals are tasked with both operational and design engineering responsibilities in a Microsoft windows and cloud-hosted Infrastructure environment.
This role will provide technical guidance in planning and implementing new solutions while ensuring existing platforms remain stable. You will work with both IT and business partners to design and implement solutions supporting business needs, with emphasis on Microsoft Office 365 Services such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Compliance Center with integrations into physical and digital environments at the university.
Responsibilities
Manage daily service requests & incident ticket queues
Monitor system alerts on Unified Communications platforms
Collaborate with other engineers on tasks and projects
Work on Unified Communications projects as assigned
Ensure email services are functioning properly

Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalency with at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
