Supports the administration of the Center’s compensation programs by providing administrative support and facilitation for multiple compensation programs. This includes triaging requests for the department, facilitating the process of drafting new or revising existing job descriptions, assisting with the completion of surveys, participating in the annual market review and fulfilling Halogen customer service requests. Works under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment. Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
Preferred - Application knowledge in information systems software for human resources and Excel. Experience using Halogen and/ or Lawson. Project management skills.
Act as first point of contact for Compensation related requests and inquiries.
Maintain Halogen and performance management processes as assigned.
Oversee inventory of compensation surveys and assist with survey participation and annual market review.
Maintain positions in HRIS and other compensation systems.
Other duties or projects as assigned.
Credentials and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or other related discipline required.
· A minimum of two (2) years related Business Administration experience, to include data analysis and problem solving.
