Job Description
A Postdoctoral position in Jian Yu lab at The UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is open to study immunogenic cell death and stress rewiring in colon cancer. The researcher will study stress-related signaling pathways to identify novel targets for early detection, prevention, and treatment. The individual must possess a strong background in cancer biology and molecular genetics, and extensive training in molecular biology and cell biology is required and proved by publications. Experience with mouse tumor models and immunology is desirable but not required. The researcher will work independently as well as a team player with a multidisciplinary team and approach from signaling, omics, cells, mice to patient derived models.
