A full-time Postdoctoral Associate position is immediately available at Magee-Women's Research Institute. The position will be in the Robert Edwards, MD lab within the University of Pittsburgh, Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences. The candidate will work with Robert Edwards, MD who will serve as the primary mentor and Anda Vlad, MD, Ph.D. who will serve as the co-mentor. The successful applicant will utilize state-of-art technologies to profile tumor-immune cells interactions, detect mechanisms of immune dysregulation and test in vitro and in vivo new combination therapies for ovarian cancer. The applicant is expected to work independently and demonstrate excellent writing skills. Willingness to perform in vivo experiments in transgenic mice is a must.
