The Assistant Patient Care Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of nursing operations, ensuring quality care for patients and their families. Mentors, serves as a resource, and provides support for staff and faculty on clinical nursing issues while meeting the department, nursing, and organization goals. Oversees clinical care performed by assigned nursing staff.

      Justification : This person assists with  meeting the  high demands of the ICU. Helps in the  supervision of the ICU employees. This person supports staff and performs many duties pertaining to the operations of the ICU . Also,  helps to ensure that we are providing  quality care.       Cost Implications :
