Job Description

Essential Job Duties
Capture digital images of activities involving students and faculty, programs, symposia, conferences, graduation, and other special events for distribution/publication
Prepare and distribute print media including composites as needed and maintain an electronic image library
Assist in the TUCVM media center with imaging requests and delivery of services
Travel to offsite and field locations in rural areas and on farms to capture images in rural areas
Perform a variety of digital photographic and image database services (e.g., patient photography, image scanning, and database entry) in fulfillment of department requests for use in publications, lectures, research, and documentation
Performs a wide variety of computer, scanning and digital imaging, printing, and print correction by use of high-end computer hardware and software
Operates and maintains photography equipment
Ensures the timely, accurate, and smooth running of digital imaging procedures.
Maintains neat, accurate documents
Provide a high level of customer service providing a warm and welcoming environment for prospective and admitted students
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Specialized Training)
Bachelor’s degree in photography, media, graphic design, computer science, or closely related fields
Two years’ experience in medical photography

Available for weekend and after-hour commitments with occasional impromptu photography
