Summary
The Apple Media Products Growth Marketing QA team is seeking a highly organised and motivated Software Quality Engineering Manager to help lead our growth marketing efforts!
As a software QA manager, you will work closely with sever engineering, client engineering, Project managers, as well as business and marketing teams to understand feature designs, technical implementation details, and business requirements! The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, multifaceted and diligent individual with a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. The candidate will work independently and collaborate with leadership to bring quality to our products and services.

Key Qualifications
- Experience owning an SQA or Software Development team.
- Experience managing projects and processes multi-functionally.
- Comfortable working in a constantly evolving and dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution.
- Test Automation planning, execution, and triage for projects on multiple platforms.
- Proven track record of attracting, hiring, motivating and developing the best quality-minded individuals.
- Excellent multi-functional communication and influencing skills.
- Experience with Java, Python, SQL and Shell scripting is desired.
- Excellent presentation skills, distilling sophisticated analysis and concepts into concise business-focused takeaways.

The AMP Growth Marketing engineering team is responsible for building the platform and services that enable communicating with millions of subscribers every day, across services such as Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, Apple Fitness+ and more.
As a leader, you will build, develop, and retain a hard-working team of quality and software engineers and build an environment where they can thrive and succeed. You act as a visible role model for your team when it comes to getting things done, meeting, and going above and beyond.
Your skills in relationship management and partnership are outstanding as this role requires working with management and engineering leadership, developers, quality engineers, EPM’s, and SRE's who take pride in building outstanding scalable solutions.
It's encouraged that you will develop quality strategies for products and coordinate the development and execution of software test plans and analysis of test results.
As a leader, you will build, develop, and retain a hard-working team of quality and software engineers and build an environment where they can thrive and succeed. You act as a visible role model for your team when it comes to getting things done, meeting, and going above and beyond.

Education & Experience
• BS or higher in Computer Science or equivalent meaningful experience.
