The We are looking for an outstanding software engineer to join the Apple Universal Media team and help us build the next generation products that change the way millions of users consume video. Key Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a professional software development position
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with Java, Spring Boot or a comparable Java framework
  • Experience crafting complex applications using React or a comparable JS framework (e.g.: Angular, Vue, Backbone, Ember)
  • Experience with micro-frontend architecture
  • Experience with *nix and macOS
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Experience with backend technologies: Spring Boot, Solr, POSTGRES SQL (or equivalent)

The Apple TV Services team seeks a driven, curious engineer who is excited to contribute to our mission of making the Apple TV app the best place to watch all your favorite movies and shows. Our team creates tools that enable our streaming-industry business partners to design their Apple TV App experience. Our goal is to give our customers the best possible experience when using the Apple TV app and empower new ways for them to engage with their favorite content. We’re seeking an experienced, self-starting, dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization. You have extensive experience developing complex web applications, collaborating with other specialists to define data interfaces and protocols, as well as experience working with designers to bring the user experience to life. We value the ability to be an excellent team player under tight deadline constraints in addition to tackling problems with imaginative solutions is key to success in this position. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering or related field
