What You Will Achieve
You’ll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. As part of the HR operations team, you will be designing and maintaining Information Systems to support human resource administration. You will be responsible for HR Information Systems Governance, including the revision of manuals, code lists and documentation. You will analyze and validate data between HR systems and ensure compliance and proper handling of colleague records and documentation. You will also be able to provide colleague information for analysis and decision making, statistical data and other colleague-related reports as required.
As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing important deliverables on time. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will make it easy to manage difficult issues and help in establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
- Contribute to the completion of projects and manage your own time to meet agreed targets.
- Understand the fundamental business drivers for Pfizer and make decisions within the organization's guidelines and policies.
- Coach & support managers & colleagues on a range of HR policies and practices.
- Manage well documented processes and procedures for HR system.
- Support Employee Relations function including data analytics.
- Handle internal audit and close audit observations as per deadlines.
- Acts as a single point of the contact for vendor management.
- Assist in streamlining & automation of HR processes.
- Prepare key HR metrics, HR dashboards and presentations using various analytical tools.
- Identify and introduce new methodologies, participate in the ongoing continuous improvement of processes and practices.
- Support annual year end cycle support, report generation, data migration/verification and staff communication and also employer tax returns filing.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience.
- Full knowledge of related laws and regulations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and result oriented.
- Experience with Microsoft Office - proficient Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Fluency in English or Spanish language is required
Nice-to-Have
- Master's degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Knowledge of HR Ordinance and Provident Fund.
- Possess analytical and creative skills.
- Exposure in merger and acquisition or new entity setup.
