Job Description
Planning and Strategy
Plan, facilitate and manage EHS trainings; coordinate routine EHS meeting; keep up-to-date with EHS regulations, adapt local EHS regulations and cooperate guidelines; develop EHS standard operation procedure (SOP); socialize new EHS regulations and guidelines.

Environment Management
Coordinate waste management system (e.g. waste water treatment plants, noise, air emission); analyze and report environment performance in line with RKL/RPL or UKL/UPL; monitor manifest records of waste disposal; handle communication to government or other external parties regarding environmental issues; coordinate EHS internal audit.
In order to maximize environment management performance and minimize pollution to environment

Industrial Hygiene
Develop annual plan of industrial hygiene monitoring; identify potential toxic chemicals; supervise monitoring activities and report the results; coordinate annual medical check up for PGM employee; support to manage pest and rodent control

Safety Management
Supervise routine inspection of fire prevention and protection equipment; propose safety equipment purchasing; develop, maintain record and submit report to corporate regarding working hour and loss time accident; coordinate EHS internal audit

Attend annual training requested regional and corporate; handle community outreach program (e.g. thesis paper counseling).

Qualifications & Requirements :
- University degree in Chemical, Pharmacy or Environmental Engineering
- 3 – 5 years in Environment, Health and Safety area, including 1 year managerial experience
- Corporate policy and related local regulations, managerial skill, basic safety knowledge, certified safety expert from manpower department, environment management system knowledge (ISO 14000), training for trainer, supporting utility & equipment, EHS regulations, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, computer knowledge, proficiency in English both written and spoken
- General understanding on domestic market of pharmaceutical industry and related manufacturing processes
- Technical Competencies : GMP Knowledge, Operations Knowledge,Problem Solving
- Nice to have : Certified OH Practitioner & Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
