What You Will Achieve
Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Quality and Compliance of Supply Chain cGMP operations.
You will help in the implementation of compliance programs, initiatives to support warehouse personnel and the development of behavioral & technical competencies for the organization within an environment of continuous improvement.

How You Will Achieve It
Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives, and plan resource requirements for projects across the division.
Contribute and lead global, cross-functional continuous improvement strategies to improve productivity and exceed customer satisfaction.
Populate select monthly mandate dashboards and present progress in required forums.
Enhance quality and compliance on a site and patient basis utilizing risk and mitigation plans.
Analyze and compare information from multiple sources and identify cause and effect relationships supporting Corrective Action / Preventative Action investigations.
Ensure compliance of our business processes and audit readiness by working closely with the business unit managers in Supply Chain.
Role Responsibilities:
Work with and support QA on CAS Reports, Regulatory and Audit (Internal and External) commitments, CAPAs and other actions as needed
Initiate quality investigations, events, change controls or planned temporary changes as needed.
Track commitments and due dates to ensure on-time closure of quality records and commitments.
Lead responses to Supplier Corrective Action Report (SCARs) received by Supply Chain Warehouse
Perform GMP document reviews for compliance
Perform Batch Record review as required for drug transfers
Author or approve GMP document revisions as needed.
Identify deficiencies and work with the team on the necessary corrective actions
Effectively participates in cross-functional team investigations for deviations and, when applicable, aids in authoring of remediation plans
Assist in strengthening a Compliance culture and awareness by encouraging and communicating the compliance rules, escalation and remediation of compliance issues or improvements.
Be a certified Trainer for the department.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience OR a bachelors with at least 3 years of experience OR Masters with more than 1 year of experience.
Demonstrated experience in Quality or cGMP warehousing
Broad understanding of supply chain environment
Demonstrated project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of GMP standards and excellent MS Office skills
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Method 1/Lean Six Sigma
Experience supporting Quality investigations
Experience presenting to Regulatory Auditors
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
Ability to read completed forms in English on site.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Off shift work may be required
