What You Will Achieve 

You’ll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. You will develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract and retain prospective talented employees. Starting from sourcing the candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating employment factors to salary recommendations, you will manage the full recruitment cycle to meet business needs. 

As an associate, your focus on the job will contribute in achieving project tasks and goals. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative team environment for your colleagues.

How You Will Achieve It 

  • Contribute to completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines. 

  • Support full-life cycle recruitment needs across all business units.

  • Job posting internal as well as external. 

  • Co-ordinate for interview schedule. 

  • Conduct preliminary(may include HR interview) screening on resumes. 

  • Vendor Management Coordination and Processing for both TA and HR Operations. 

  • Manage and keep up to date all employee files both electronic and physical. 

  • Manage talent data to build up talent pipeline and talent mapping. 

  • Increase candidate flow and develop strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates. 

  • Update applicant tracking system and achieve recruitment metrics against global TA targets. 

  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques for senior or mid-level positions including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, utilization of external research. 

  • Ensure a strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle. 

  • Manage the offer process for external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development. 

  • Ensure adherence to diversity sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions and proactively create a diverse talent pipeline of candidates. 

Qualifications 

Must-Have 

  • Bachelor’s Degree. 

  • HR experience in an external recruitment role. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Experience working with Office and social media/networking sites. 

  • Possesses a positive, continuous improvement mindset. 

Nice-to-Have 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies. 

  • Demonstrated capability to work as a team member in a matrix environment. 

  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks at a time. 

  • Be a self-starter, be accountable and have a sense of urgency in delivering results that have medical impact and yield a positive customer experience.
