ROLE SUMMARY
Own portfolio/ brand strategy for the market. Define and Drive Country Specific TA and Brand Strategy, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and OPEX of assigned brands, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in the country. This role will deliver flawless execution of marketing plans for a strong customer experience while creating sustainable value.
The position reports to the Category Lead.
RESPONSABILITIES – Core components
- Tailor brand and execute brand strategies (SPICE) to local market needs and define local priorities for a brand or TA.
- Develop country Op Plan and long-range forecasting, influence sales targets, and brand A&P allocations, and track progress toward target.
- Allocate and execute the in-country brand budget.
- Cross-functional brand leadership – across Field Force, Account management, medical, legal, and Public Affairs to shape the external environment
- Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes
- Develop awareness campaigns and congress content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with Medical and Public Affairs & Policy.
- Support acceleration of new capabilities, including digital and multi-channel marketing
- Own the forecast elaboration and follow-up to guarantee adequate supply management of the portfolio with demand planning and S&OP
RESPONSIBILITIES – Capabilities & Qualifications
- Fluency in Business English (advanced levels only)
- Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s degree or MBA desired
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience in marketing or relevant function.
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen; Strategic thinking & analytical skills; Product launch experience desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Acts decisively & Seizes accountability in a complex and fast-moving environment
- Interpersonal skills, able to interact with various key stakeholders across Pfizer, influencing without authority. Holds people accountable
