Role Description:
Pfizer I&I is committed to shaping the I&I treatment landscape and helping all those touched by chronic autoimmune diseases. We offer robust differentiated pipeline of immuno-inflammation potential therapies in three main areas: rheumatology, gastroenterology, and medical dermatology.
I&I Senior Commercial Manager, Turkey will have an important role in delivering smooth inline brand activities, ensuring cross-brand coordination, and launch excellence in cooperation with CBLs and key functions/stakeholders across the enterprise. The role will be responsible to understand areas of joint interest that could support any legitimate unmet patient need and partner to reach a superior customer engagement in I&I with Strategic Healthcare Partners (SHPs).
Inline Marketing:
Actively contribute and lead strategic above-brand Turkey I&I projects and ensure that the team is developing muscles for identified key strategic capabilities through current assets
Energize and inspire colleagues to generate commitment for inline and pipeline I&I portfolio
Develop I&I branding and PR together with CBLs and I&I Category Lead
Lead engagement of external key stakeholders (associations, opinion leaders) for cross-brand initiatives (e.g., Turkish Rheumatology Association)
Act as a marketing excellence lead for the inline portfolio working closely with CBLs to:
Support the development of country brand plans and ensure that customer and patient insights, as well as the “essence” of market issues, are well understood and processed into business plans
Support the above brand analysis to guide management decisions
Establish methodologies for assessing portfolio performance, and ensure necessary actions are taken for certain bottlenecks
Build I&I operating plan and ensure P&L targets are met
Oversee marketing budget, ensure the actualization, and bring ROI perspective to campaigns
Maximize the return with strategic cross-brand investment allocation
Ensure the best customer and patient experience for cross-brand initiatives
Launch Excellence:
Build strategic and fully integrated launch plans in rheumatology, gastroenterology, and medical dermatology in partnership with CBLs and key functions/stakeholders
Lead scenario planning, risk assessments, and prioritization of critical launch activities
Define the key pre-launch outcomes for I&I pipeline assets (i.e., gap analyses, launch KPI's, etc.)
Omnichannel Engagement:
Lead I&I Strategic Healthcare Partners (SHPs) in delivering targeted local/national solutions to unmet needs and improving overall healthcare experience from our medicines
Inspire colleagues to continuously strive for transforming the way we engage with patients and physicians; manage innovation pipeline for I&I business
Ensure the execution of the I&I omnichannel strategy roadmap and track KPIs to have optimized customer experience and channel mix based on customer needs
Lead the PfizerPro integration and ensure that PfizerPro is positioned in the best way in the customer journey as per customer need
Oversee customer and digital segmentation and develop a tracking mechanism to ensure every customer segment is receiving the optimized omnichannel mix
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Launch experience and knowledge of local access environment
Extensive product management with a track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer acquisition
Demonstrated track record of handling complex/multi-faceted projects
Proven capability to drive extensive cross-functional work
Entrepreneurship mindset, accountability, agility, overcoming obstacles and focus on action
Experience in taking and assigning accountability without authority within matrix
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet a business deadline
Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for improvement
Ability to think and act strategically
Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
Proficiency in Turkish & English
B-degree in a reputable university
