Cellular Core Services - You want to be at the heart of Apple's Cellular System Software organization. We design and develop the core system software technologies that are deployed across all Apple Cellular product areas. Be ready to make something extraordinary when you come here. To be successful in this position, you should have a strong technical foundation in embedded systems, real time operating system, C/C++, on/off device debugging, are able to show initiative, learn new technologies quickly and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are motivated and prepared to work independently.
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in embedded real time software development
  • Excellent software developing and debugging skills on embedded real time operating systems
  • Strong C/C++ coding and debugging skills, coupled with a deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms
  • Strong teamwork, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • JTAG experiences is a plus

The position involves identifying and/or developing core cellular technologies that solves everyday problems for customers using iPhone, iPad, Watch and other wireless product lines. Education & Experience
BS or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $130,000 and $242,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
