The Team
Apple TV is a key part of Apple Services. We are responsible for delivering a great customer experience in the Apple TV app covering TV+, home to Apple Original Series and Films, access to popular streaming apps such as Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu and thousands of movies to buy or rent.
We work closely with studios, broadcasters, rights-holders, producers, apps and distributors across the video industry to curate the best movies and TV shows for our audience.
Role Summary
The Apple Services Academy is a fixed 12 month entry-level program starting in September 2023. It is full-time, competitively salaried, and includes a program to support personal development. There may be other opportunities within Apple at the end of this program, however this cannot be guaranteed.
You will have a range of responsibilities including significant day-to-day tasks alongside longer project work.
You will be a vital and impactful member of the team and every day will be different, rewarding and challenging.
We are looking for passion and potential rather than prior work experience.

Key Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and in a calm manner.
- Keen interest in film and TV.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese.

Your responsibilities are likely to grow and change during your time with us. This is a short overview of some of the responsibilities you will help the Apple TV team with:
- Programming and curation of the Apple TV app
- Delivering a first-class customer experience.
- Partnering with internal teams including strategy, design, marketing and production.
- Liaising with external partners such as studios, producers, rights-owners, broadcasters, apps and distributors
- Day-to-day administration

Education & Experience
Candidates from all education backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Able to complete the full program (1 year), starting September 12th 2023.
This role is based in Tokyo.
This is an entry level program with a fixed (competitive) salary.
