Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY:
The role will be responsible for the regional marketing strategy implementation and customer engagement activities, identify regional KOL and cooperation objectives for the key customers, build up the cooperation project and platform; Well-known the policies and changes of pharma industry, and promote the product access and operation in the region.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set regional customer engagement plan and initiatives to support business needs
- Be responsible for cooperation with the management of key hospitals and experts in the region and lead the cross-functional team (Sales, MKT, Medical, HA, CDM) to build an efficient academic cooperation platform.
- Assist the sales team for the smooth communication with external key customers.
- Assist the marketing platform lead to plan, organize and implement national and cross-region academic activities in key hospital channel, retails on each of our products
- Monitor policy trend and promote the product access and operation in the region, drive the listing in key HP customers (especially for new NRDL product).
- Design and promote the regional customer engagement projects and integrate activities across regions
- Collect regional market information, improve the maintenance of customer information database, customer file management system and KOL speaker database.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine or public health, or related master’s degree.
- Proven experience of sales and key account management experience in pharmaceutical industry with excellence performance.
- Strategic thinking, ability to anticipate the fast-changing environment and innovative mindset to embrace changes and identify innovative solutions.
- Established contacts and relationships with related stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
