Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements in Salesforce CRM and Health Cloud.

  • Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

  • Integrate Salesforce CRM with third-party systems and applications such as MuleSoft, Tableau, and Health Cloud, using APIs and middleware.

  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure that applications are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, data models, and release notes.

  • Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Tableau reporting.

  • Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud to meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience developing custom solutions in Salesforce CRM and Health Cloud.

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language.

  • Hands-on experience with integrating Salesforce CRM with third-party systems and applications, such as MuleSoft, Copado, AccelQ, and Automation.

  • Expertise in Tableau reporting and dashboard development.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud and its components, such as Care Coordination, Provider Relationship Management, and Health Cloud Data Model.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.

  • Knowledge of software security principles and experience implementing security controls in Salesforce, including OWASP, CIS, and NIST standards.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum development methodology within sizable corporate organizations

Preferred  Qualifications

  • Additional Salesforce Certifications that may include Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, User Experience Designer, System Architect, or Application Architect

  • Technology certifications such as Copado, GitHub, Test Automation Tool Suites (e.g. Pytest, Selenium, AccelQ)

  • Agile trainings and certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scaled Agile SAFE

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Patient Connect product, systems within the Patient Services functions

  • Knowledge of database, storage, hosting, cloud, application, analytics, and services technologies, Tableau analytics and reporting
