What You Will Achieve

You will be part of Pfizer's medical team and manage the clinical studies. Your project management skills will be leveraged for planning, directing, creating and communicating timelines. You will ensure that the clinical studies are within time, budget and scope.

Your leadership skills and innovative ideas with drive the growth of the medical team at Pfizer. As an advisor and an expert, you will be able to build and leverage constructive relationships across the organization to achieve your division’s goals and objectives. You will be entrusted with developing Pfizer’s strategies for a portfolio of products and projects.

It is your problem solving ability and hard work that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Develop innovative or original ideas, lead division projects and develop mid-term plans that impact the achievement of your division and organization's units.
  • Engage with therapeutic business units to support and deliver the implementation and delivery of specific Site Intelligence and Feasibility initiatives through good communication, clear implementation plans and explicit performance metrics to agreed timelines and quality.
  • Act as primary contact for the study team in the site feasibility process.
  • Manage the development and implementation of global publication plans effectively and in compliance with Pfizer's publication policy and procedures.
  • Establish and manage publication budgets.
  • Drive innovative solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years’ experience
  • Proven ability to appropriately analyze and solve problems and make pragmatic decisions
  • Ability to be flexible, adapt to change, work independently, as well as work as part of a team in a matrix environment
  • Ability to manage competing projects and effectively prioritize assignments
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and time management skills
  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice-to-Have

  • Master's degree
  • Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the development and management of medical publications emanating from clinical trials, publications management tool expertise
