Job Description
Summary of PositionThis individual is a key member of USNH’s Center for DATA and provides technical expertise in support of USNH’s business intelligence initiatives to include data warehouse, data visualization and analytics solutions. This position will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence initiatives to support the institution’s strategic objectives and mission.
As USNH is transitioning to Workday, this person should be willing to embrace change and the opportunity to help design and implement the next stage of the Center for DATA’s architecture.
This position can be fully remote.

Other minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and six years of experience in information technology field, Master’s and four years, or combination of education and experience equal to ten years.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in data warehousing and data mart technologies and concepts, supporting relational databases, business and systems analysis for business intelligence efforts, data warehouse development, and SQL. Experience with SAP BusinessObjects as well as data visualization tools, such as Tableau and/or PowerBI. Experience with higher education information technology systems. Ability to lead technical projects. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical clients.
Experience with Workday reports, data export, and integrations is a plus. Experience with data clouds and data lakes is another plus.
