Job Description
The Computer Science Department at Tennessee State University is seeking outstanding candidates at the assistant/associate professor level for a 9 month, tenure-track position for fall 2024. Applicants from all areas of computer science will be considered, however, priority will be given for Theoretical Computer Science, Data Science and/or Cybersecurity. The candidate must have excellent communication skills with a commitment to engage high-quality undergraduate and graduate education in computer science. The CS Department offers an ABET-accredited undergraduate program, an MS in CS graduate program, and an MS in Data Science program. The Department is also part of the Ph.D. in Engineering and Computational Sciences program in the College of Engineering.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a Ph.D. in computer science, computer engineering, or a related area.
