Job Description:

City of Hope Chicago (Lake County, IL) s is seeking an outstanding Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiation Oncologist who wishes to contribute and practice medicine in a patient-focused environment surrounded by a collaborative team that drives speed to care, quality and outcomes.   • Articulate and engaging with patients, families, and other caregivers, using understandable language and compassion at all times

  • Confident yet humble manner that earns respect from patients and colleagues

  • Well-versed in the state of cancer care, including the latest standards of care, research, and innovations

Salary range: $250,000 - $650,000 The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for specialty, experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Foreign equiv 

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology  

  • Illinois Medical License or ability to obtain prior to start date 

  • Active DEA
