The Digital Quality (DQ) Solution Center, an integral function within DM, serves as a catalyst for transformation by delivering advanced solutions that revolutionize Quality Operations. Our mission is to empower and optimize the performance of our Laboratory (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams. Through the automation of processes and the implementation of innovative technologies, we enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our employees, leading to improved outcomes and elevated standards across the board. With a focus on continuous improvement and excellence, we strive to revolutionize the way Quality Operations are conducted within Pfizer Global Supply (PGS).

The Director of QA Analytics and AI Product Management will play a crucial role in our Digital Quality Solutions team, reporting directly to the Head of Digital (DQ) Quality Solutions. As a valued member of the extended DQLT, you will take charge of leading product teams focused on Analytics and AI. Your main responsibility will be to drive these teams towards a well-defined solution roadmap for advanced analytics and AI in QA. By integrating existing solutions and developing innovative ones, our aim is to enhance the digital user experience, boost efficiency, and minimize deviations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the Product Manager for Quality Analytics and AI products.
  • Lead a team of Product Owners in developing a three-to-five-year QA solution strategy.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for QA analytics and AI.
  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to leverage best practices and stay at the forefront of digital transformation and advanced analytics.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, gather requirements, and document user stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product releases using the SAFe Agile framework.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
  • Create and maintain product documentation and training materials to facilitate effective product adoption and usage.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with our Quality Operations peers to create a revolutionary suite of Quality Management solutions
  • Define and track key product metrics to evaluate the success of new capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with GRC and ALM guidelines for software and tools.

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: 10 years related work experience with 5 years of experience in quality assurance, analytics, or AI product management. Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in at least one of these domains.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, data analysis, and AI technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Hadoop, or Tableau.
  • Quality Assurance Expertise: Extensive knowledge of quality assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong experience with Agile
  • Ability to prepare and present concepts and vision (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in AI, analytics, or quality assurance would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and frameworks would be advantageous.
  • Experience with SAFe Agile
