Clinical Scheduler

The successful candidate:

Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • The clinical scheduler position is responsible for maintaining schedules for the patients, providers, and departments.

  • They must conduct face-to-face interviews, telephone interaction and electronic contact functions.

  • Must coordinate all aspects of patient care and make informed decisions in meeting the patient’s own healthcare needs.

  • The scheduler must maintain accurate schedule and visit information to support patient satisfaction as well as accurate schedule and tracking functions while completing necessary documentation and pre-certifications of treatments and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in multifaceted online computer applications

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the medical field

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $18.94 - $29.28 / hour
