What You Will Achieve
You will have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. You will be responsible for delivering and improving HR processes and programs through continuous improvement efforts, technology solutions and direct coaching. You will guide execution of new and/or annual programs, such as performance management, employee relations, training and development etc. You will provide the necessary tools and processes to assist managers to better manage their workforce and drive behavior for colleagues to be self-sufficient.
As a Director, you are a subject matter expert and leverage your knowledge of industry, customer requirements and general business environment to adapt and implement strategic actions for the division. Your ability to interpret your division's strategy will establish business priorities that support and set long-term direction for the division. Your managerial skills will help us guide technological and financial resources within the divisionand lead people.

How You Will Achieve It
Set objectives and manage multiple projects using your knowledge of industry, customer requirements and general business environment to implement strategic actions for your business unit.
Lead or co-lead projects across the division that are multifaceted and unique in complexity.
Understand the strategy of a wide range of business clients and ensure the implementation of global, regional and/or key market initiatives.
Lead Site HR in coaching, building and enabling manager capabilities and effectiveness.
Manage multiple projects and ongoing work activities within the department typically involving cross-functional representatives.
Ensure programs and processes are aligned with the Business and HR strategies.
Ensure HR processes and programs are delivered in a consistent and effective manner, in line with Business priorities, HR Strategy and HR Service delivery Model.
Support Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Restructurings, Corporate-wide initiatives and Strategic Business Unit initiatives.
Ensure close alignment with HR Leads to promote Talent Management process, Career Management in line with the business strategies, seeking to encourage a culture of continuous learning and professionaldevelopment.
Develop a team of strong HR business partners and operational experts by building functional and behavioral capabilities.
Support HR Operations initiatives and projects approved in the Operating Plan.
Coach leaders to leverage all people related key processes and strategies to support their teams.
Participate in change management and transformational processes.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years ofexperience.
Strong People Management and talent development experience.
Experience in Compensation & Benefits management, Recruitment & Selection, Change Management and Project Management.
Strong collaboration skills with colleagues at all levels.
Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
Nice-to-Have
Master’s degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
Experience in leading country or regional projects under a matrix organization.
Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills and ability to build relationships.
Demonstrate highlevelof impact and influence on others.
Strong business acumen.

Relocation support available
Work Location Assignment: Must be able to work at Rocky Mount, NC site 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business.
