Position Summary:
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse in our outpatient infusion clinic in Huntington Beach. The nurse plays a crucial role in providing specialized care to our patients in the outpatient chemotherapy infusion clinic.Your primary responsibility is to deliver comprehensive nursing care to the patients while assisting them through their treatment journey offering emotional support and education.The nurses at City of Hope play a vital role in improving the quality of life for cancer patients by providing expert care, support, and education throughout their cancer journey. Multiple positions available for full-time, part-time, and per diem.
Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Available!
As a successful candidate, you will:
- Assessing patients’ health status
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Administering chemotherapy and other medications, monitoring patents’ vital signs and symptoms
- Providing education and support to patients and their families and coordinating care and follow-up appointments. Help with managing side effects and complications from their cancer treatment.Involved in quality improvement initiatives, and patient education programs specific to cancer care.
Your qualifications should include:
- Associate degree in nursing. BSN/MSN prepared candidates will also be considered (salary range may vary).
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current California Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS through American Heart Association.
- *If RN is working within Medical Oncology, an ONS certification is required
- Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem positions Available

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $54.81 - $79.48 / hour
