Position Highlights:

• Greets and escorts patients/families with a positive customer-focused and appropriate manner, providing directions and information helping find patient locations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Will excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Has previous medical office or hospital experience.
• Has experience with computers, computer software (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel) and general office equipment such as fax machines, copy machines, and scanners.

Responsibilities:

• Escorting patients to and from various locations.
• Utilizes various computer applications to accurately identify patient location.
• Assist with linen and inventory.

Credentials and Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current BLS required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
