As a Social Worker II at City of Hope, you'll play a crucial role in providing timely and compassionate social work services to patients and their families. Your qualifications should include:

Minimum Education:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE- Accredited School of Social Work

Minimum Experience:

• Two years medical social work
• One-year oncology social work (Preferred).

Req. Certification/Licensure:

• Out of state Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Active registration as anAssociate Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
• CSW II must pass the LCSW exam and become a LCSW in the state ofCalifornia within one year or be demoted to CSW I
• For pediatric service, CCS Panel provider or complete application within 60 days of hire

Preferred Courses/Training:

• Oncology, palliative, and end-of-life
