As a QC Chemistry Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
- Support QC Chemistry Coordinators as required.
- Support with creating QC Chemistry Change Controls, Action Items, PDOCs documents.
- Safe execution of lab activities and continuous improvement of lab performance
- Be a multi-tasker and take Initiative/ ownership to ensure we meet our customers (internal and external) requirements.
- Provide support for other technical activities within the team or across the site such as for new product launches and during audits.
- Be quality and customer focused, and ensure service delivery meets, or exceeds, the requirements of the site.
- Work in a team-based environment and expected to be pro-active in issue resolution, both within and external to the team.
- Expected to ensure you perform in a manner compliant to departmental service levels, company policy & relevant procedures.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice-to-Have
- Master's degree
- Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
