In your role, you’ll perform planning and coordination activities to enable repairs and maintenance for plant or office facilities, machines and/or equipment. You will support work related to conducting routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery and equipment.
As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing important deliverables on time. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will make it easy to manage difficult issues and help in establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
Implements maintenance program improvements for the assets under their responsibility.
Responsible for measurements such as the proportion of work which is planned/scheduled, emergency work, preventive maintenance condition‑based‑monitoring work, equipment uptime, and mean time between failures.
Implements maintenance program improvements for the assets under their responsibility. They make maintenance budget recommendations.
Facilitate the identification of root causes for equipment failure by applying appropriate RFT analysis methods and tools. Identify and manage the execution of remedial actions to prevent future occurrences.
Responsible for ranking the criticality of the assets under their care, typically using Reliability Centered Maintenance techniques, and for defining the proactive maintenance approaches which are cost‑beneficial to the business.
Responsible for establishing appropriate maintenance approaches, they improve the proportion of work that is planned and scheduled, increasing the proportion of work under‑control.
Responsible for assigning equipment IDs, maintaining equipment identifiers within the CMMS, specifying parts, inventory quantities and the special storage requirements for all critical spare parts.
Responsible for the creation and ownership of technical SOPs related to the Maintenance of Equipment.
Responsible for representing maintenance to other organizations and functions including Engineering Projects, Production Operations, Procurement, Storeroom operations, new project commissioning, etc.
Provide maintenance input to Engineering Design to enable designs which minimize life‑cycle‑costs.
Develop procedures and specifications for the reliability and maintenance aspects of existing and new equipment.
Support the development of maintenance shut-down work plans.
Develop and manage CRs (Change Requests) related to Engineering systems and projects.
Provide training support to Engineering colleagues on technical SOPs.
Support the development and execution of facility and utility related commissioning, qualification and validation documentation.
Provide general technical support on an ongoing basis to the Maintenance team.
Provide general technical support for mechanical integrity related issues.
Qualifications.
Must-Have.
Applicant must have a HS Diploma (or Equivalent) and 8 years of
relevant experience OR an associates degree with 6 years of
experience OR a bachelor's with at least 3 years of experience OR
Master's with more than 1 year of experience.
Nice-to-Have.
Previous experience working in a food and beverage, health care, chemical or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Knowledge or experience working in a GMP environment is preferred.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear; and lift up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to adjust focus.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS.
Job will require supporting the production schedule which includes certain level of availability on long days, weekends or alternative shifts.
At different times of the year, this position will work long hours for scheduled manufacturing shutdown periods and throughout the year may be required to work late with little notice as need arises when equipment is unexpectedly down.
Limited travel may be required.
Relocation support available.
