Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the management and performance of key brand in Primary Care BU by developing strategies, brand plans and executing key initiatives.
This position directly reports to Primary Care BU Lead and closely work with global team and cross functional team (e.g. Sales, Medical, Access, RA, etc)
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Planning & Implementation
- Develops strategies / operating plans and POAs
- Ensures effective implementation of designated promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes
Work with Sales and Medical teams
- Works effectively with CFC sales and medical teams to develop, implement and monitor strategies to achieve goals
Cross-divisional Teamwork
- Understands the interdependencies of cross-functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders
Market Intelligence
- Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources (including market research) to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making
Sales Forecasting
- Assesses and understands the competitive pharmaceutical market and proactively identify opportunities in sales goals that are aligned with the corporate objectives
Expense Management
- Demonstrates sound financial management by ensuring that expenses are within budgets to achieve profit target
Relationship Management with Customer/Stakeholders
- Builds positive relationships with key customers/ stakeholders (opinion leaders) by understanding and managing their needs and expectations.
- Seeks opportunities to provide values that will enable successful implementation of product strategies and tactics.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or above
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably 2-3 years or above marketing experiences in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written both Korean & English
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong customer focus
