Summary
Baylor College of Medicine's Patient Business Services Team is seeking a Coordinator, Revenue Cycle to join our team.
As a Coordinator, Revenue Cycle, you will assist with various tasks including, but not limited to, daily deposits, processing patient and insurance credit card payments, manual payment posting batches, and scanning for the department.
The ideal candidate will be be a self-starter who is organized, has attention to detail, and is able to multi-task.
This position will be onsite.
Job Duties
- Handles daily remote and lockbox distributed capture deposits.
- Processes manual payment posting batches.
- Assists with scanning for the department.
- Maintains the department email box.
- Sorts daily mail.
- Packages daily refund checks.
- Identifies trends and reports them to leadership.
- Works on complex payment issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of daily deposits, payment posting and processing refunds.
