This leader will have unique opportunity to lead Pfizer Connect Artificial Intelligence strategy and execution, revolutionizing the traditional ways of reporting, insights generation with data integrity empowering customer facing colleagues to continuously enhance customer engagement and enhance customer experience to be the most effective channel.
This role reports to Senior Director – Strategy & Transformation and collaborate primarily with PC LT/CMO/Digital/BOP/ Commercial Analytics and AI (CAAI) teams across Pfizer and make significant contribution towards our 2027 vision helping 1B people each year.
AI Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and communicate a clear Artificial Intelligence product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all Pfizer connect data & insights needs.
- Lead the implementation of AI product solutions to improve and transform customer engagements and colleague experience across all Pfizer Connect supported brands.
- Monitor industry/innovative Artificial Intelligence trends to effectively prioritize, apply emerging solutions to enable meaningful/actionable insights generation operating model.
- Execute new AI product-based projects and initiatives, from current state assessments, to design, delivery, and deployment including optimizing existing platforms to enhance user experience, data integrity and maximize utilization.
- Develop propensity models with minimal/no dependency on external vendors to generate automated intelligence that helps customer facing colleagues with their daily call cycle.
- Provide periodic strategic counsel to internal Business Leaders on Artificial Intelligence topics, requirements, opportunities, and existing internal capabilities to drive efficiencies to support Pfizer Connect objectives.
- Create business cases, value propositions and secure funding for Data, Analytics, AI projects that align to Pfizer Connect priorities, to meet our best-in-class standards.
- Responsible for ongoing maintenance of all Pfizer Connect data and analytical systems, including integration of data sources with CRM, CCaaS, Workforce Management, Predictive Dialer, Scheduler, GenAI products
- Act as the point of accountability for escalation and pull-through for data/analytics/AI related issues requiring critical or time-sensitive support.
- Confirm the implemented solutions are effectively tested, communicated, and released with key success metrics in place to measure results and business value.
- Drives continuous improvement with quality of insights through feedback by delivering weekly/monthly/quarterly readouts on performance and opportunities.
Partnership/Collaboration:
- Establish and foster strong, collaborative relationships with a multitude of internal and external teams, including but not limited to, Legal, Compliance, PX, Digital Client Partners, Solution Delivery Team, Data Platform Architecture, Data Engineering Team, Program Developers, CFE Team, BOP Team, Customer Service, CRM Solution and Service Management Team, on behalf of Pfizer Connect, to ensure the flawless execution of Pfizer Connect-centric AI/Data/Analytics product enhancements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of total experience having intimate knowledge of data, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence including 8+ years of hands-on coding experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with launching and managing AI products including leading integrations.
- Grasp of ML fundamentals and familiarity with algorithm work including the ability to separate fact from fiction in artificial intelligence development.
- Experience leading AI product strategy and execution in marketing and customer care functions is a must.
- Strong Analytical, coding skills (such as: Python, R, SQL, etc.), MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Demonstrated experience in using innovative techniques to monitor, simulateand analyze complex data sets preferred
- Subject matter expert for quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, identifying risks and removing roadblocks to enable the teams to achieve successful technology delivery.
- Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead projects from inception through completion while bringing stakeholders along.
- Ability to assess and direct vendor technical capabilities and manage risks in the analytics process
- Ability to identify new issues, trends, and opportunities from data Strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets with key insights to develop meaningful, result-oriented plans.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in data & Analytics is a plus.
- Combination of Marketing/Sales, Customer Care and Technology Domain Experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop statistical models without depending on vendors is a huge plus.
- Deep technical knowledge and experience in implementing AI based analytical tools.
- Able to develop and present complex problems in an effortless way, and quickly switch between details and the big picture.
- Ability to be flexible, prioritize multiple demands, deal with ambiguity, and lead teams without authority through complex and challenging cross-functional projects.
- Proven ability to act as a strategic partner with the capacity to quickly establish relationships of trust, credibility, and be seen as a driving partner to senior leadership.
