Finance Specialist (Contractor)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or other relevant majors.
- Previous transactional finance (invoice to pay etc.) or accounting experience is a plus
- Willingness and potential for learning and development
- Knowledge in SAP & MS Office Set is a plus
- Possess attention to details; analytical, research, and reconciliation skills
- Be a self-starter, accountable and have sense of urgency in delivering results
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good team player
Responsibilities:
- Monitor financial shared service operations and cooperate with hub colleagues as a local point of contact.
- Perform period close activities and local Invoice to Pay operations
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a proactive manner
- Management of local payment
- Prepare data for local tax submissions
- Support and help business owners to solve any Invoice to Pay related issues
- Support finance team as per business projects demands
