Assist in developing brand plan to achieve business objectives:

Support the development of short and medium term marketing plans ensuring that business objectives are met or exceeded Responsible for brand strategy, marketing activities, KOL engagement and budget management Monitor the local competitive environment to identify business threats and opportunities and provide inputs to the development of business strategies / plans to address them Development and execution of marketing activities to ensure meeting brand objectives with clear plans, objectives, goals and KPIs for own projects Develop promotion materials to support marketing strategies Maintain and update brand information and knowledge Independently manage budgets of responsible marketing projects to ensure effectively meet business strategies and objectives

Lead the conversation with different stakeholders to achieve brand objectives:

Develop good communication with sales department to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategy and key programs Provide ad-hoc support to sales organisation in fulfilling brand objectives Establish good relationship with other functions and to ensure strong communication and collaboration Actively and openly contribute to the intra and inter-team collaboration to improve business performance and coordinate collaboration between different stakeholders Understand key customers’ needs, maintain and establish good relationship with national opinion leaders and key customers
