The US OIA team is a key strategic partner to all Oncology teams and plays a pivotal role in the creation, implementation and monitoring of teams’ strategy and tactics. What You Will Achieve
Your leadership skills, strategic thinking, and innovative ideas will help to drive the impact of the US Oncology OIA at Pfizer. As an advisor and an expert, you will be entrusted with enabling Pfizer’s strategic mission to advance high impact strategies across the Oncology portfolio.
In your role, you will work closely with Oncology therapeutic portfolio teams to determine internal (i.e. CFCs) and external (i.e. HCPs, Accounts) needs, conduct analyses to unlock a path forward, translate these paths into action plans, and execute to address them. Your collaboration and negotiation skills will be leveraged to build meaningful relationships across the organization to evaluate and guide new market initiatives. Your successful performance in driving insights and innovation will help you build constructive relationships across Oncology and achieve the OBU’s ambitious goals and objectives.

Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 10+ years' experience
- Demonstrated experience in explaining and summarizing complex analytics to senior leaders
- Experience in management/strategic consulting, strategic planning, or decision analysis
- Strong project management skills, including ability to clearly articulate scope and deliverables of project
- As a relationship manager, can build robust and long-term strategic relationships with individuals from all levels of the organization to ensure future alignment of the entire portfolio
- Ability to collaborate with data analysts on complex analytics
- Effective listening skills and ability to seek understanding of different points of view and opinions
- Self-starter and self-directed with initiative to proactively identify and address needs, barriers, take a concept to build out details for execution, etc.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Work Location Assignment: Flexible
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $161,600.00 to $269,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
