What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in construction science, management, engineering, architecture or related field
6-10 years experience in building and/or mechanical trades at a University or similar environment
5 years supervisory and project planning experience
Completion of K-State Pillars of Leadership training
Other Requirements:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
Valid Driver's License upon employment
Sponsorship eligibility:

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range
$61,591-$80,000 annual
