Job Description
Summary
The Senior Registered Dietitian serves as a member of the Baylor Medicine Comprehensive Healthcare Clinic concierge and executive programs team, supporting high-touch Baylor constituents, special patient populations, and corporate clients. This role is responsible for providing custom medical nutrition therapy, wellness services, and disease prevention guidance while facilitating an optimal patient experience in an interdisciplinary outpatient setting.
This position is highly patient-facing and requires a strong background in clinical nutrition combined with a concierge-level approach to service. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with executive and corporate clients, adapting to high expectations around communication,
responsiveness, and personalization of care.
Additionally, the role involves collaboration across interdisciplinary teams and may include participation in wellness programming, experiential patient education (e.g., cooking demos, fitness integration), and content creation for health education resources. Candidates with experience in executive health, lifestyle medicine, or corporate wellness are especially encouraged to apply.

Job Duties
- Provides comprehensive, patient-centered, culturally sensitive care.
- Conducts detailed nutrition assessments, including body composition analysis via DEXA Fit.
- Develops personalized nutrition and fitness plans based on clinical assessment.
- Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care plans.
- Monitors patient progress and modify plans as needed; communicate via MyChart and fitness tracking platforms.
- Delivers evidence-based education on weight loss, disease prevention, and chronic condition management.
- Collaborates closely with the Executive 360 team and concierge clinic staff to support corporate wellness initiatives and personalized patient experiences.
- Participates in strategic planning for nutrition and wellness services offered to high-profile patients and corporate partners.
- Serves as a nutrition lead during executive physicals, including on-the-spot assessments and follow-up planning.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
- Five years of relevant experience.
- Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) of the American Dietetic Association and a Licensed Dietitian by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field.
