Summary
The Senior Exercise Physiologist is responsible for overseeing and administering advanced exercise protocols and testing procedures in clinical and/or research settings. This role supports patient and subject evaluation through specialized physical assessments and ensures the delivery of safe,
effective, and well-coordinated testing. The ideal candidate brings experience, precision, and a patient-centered approach to exercise science services.
This position plays a key role in Baylor's Concierge and Executive Health programs, working directly with high-touch patient populations. In addition to conducting exercise testing and assessments, the Senior Exercise Physiologist is expected to deliver an elevated level of service, including personalized guidance, flexible communication (in-person, virtual, and electronic), and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams.
Due to the concierge nature of the clinic, the ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate professionalism in all patient interactions, and be comfortable working with executive and corporate clientele. Prior experience in a concierge.

This position will be located at our location in The Woodlands, TX.
Job Duties
- Administers and explains exercise testing protocols and procedures to patients or research participants. Conduct one-repetition maximum (lRM) testing to assess muscular strength and endurance.
- Operates and manages Biodex machine testing for all subjects.
- Compiles exercise and test results in standardized formats for submission to the study coordinator.
- Schedules and coordinates periodic or specialized testing in line with clinic or study timelines.
- Ensures adherence to safety standards during all testing procedures.
- Collaborates with the Executive 360 and concierge teams to support personalized testing programs.
- Delivers high-touch service tailored to executive and corporate clients.
- Supports integration of exercise assessments into overall care plans and health evaluations.
- Assists with program development and tracking performance metrics related to physical testing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.
- Three years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field.
