Summary

Baylor College of Medicine's Joseph Barnhart Department of Orthopedic Surgery and the Baylor Medicine are seeking to hire a full-time, board-certified, spine orthopedic surgeon at the academic rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. The anticipated start date is on or October 2026.

  • Deliver high quality general orthopedic care to patients at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center and at the Sugar Land Hospital.
  • Effectively and appropriately engage with office staff.
  • Effectively and appropriately engage with APP assigned to practice locations.
  • Discharge on-call responsibilities and obligations for BSLMC spinal call as assigned.
  • Participate (on a voluntary basis) in call at the Sugar Land Hospital.
  • Be a collegial member in good standing of the Baylor Medicine Spine Center.

Work Authorization Requirement:
